Welcome to the Bull Inn, Battle - a 17th century coaching inn built with stone from the Battle Abbey kitchens.

It boasts an inglenook fireplace which pre-dates the building by over 100 years, the original building having burnt down in the middle of the 1600s.

It is a traditional inn with 5 guest rooms, bar and restaurant, having recently been awarded a 3 star rating by the English Tourist Board.

The varied menu is changed regularly making use of a range of local produce when in season, including locally reared meats, award winning breads and free range eggs.

The current owners have re-established the reputation for live music with varied live artists and bands appearing regularly.

There is also karaoke and a disco held every Friday night. The Bull Inn is a freehouse and therefore carries a wide range and varied selection of beers, wines and spirits.

Mine hosts Alan and Kerri extend a warm welcome to everyone. For table and room bookings please email or call us.
